A: Yes please! You can book an appointment by emailing us at hello@molke.co.uk. To ensure we can give you our full attention, so we can only accommodate one person per appointment. However, you are welcome to bring someone along for assistance or support if needed. Once you send us an email, we will reply with available appointment dates and times. These are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that your appointment will only be confirmed after we respond with the confirmed date and time.
A: Our in-person fittings last up to 30 minutes. Due to us being a small team and only having limited spots for fittings, we have to stick to this, but follow-up appointments can be arranged if required.
A: We have a dedicated size-set for our in-person fittings, so you can try on your size and then choose from the in-stock options if you want to buy. This helps us to avoid new stock becoming marked and makes sure we have every size available for you to try on.
A: Please come in your best-fitting bra and clothes that are easy to take on and off for a fitting. If you have a Molke bra already, it is helpful to know the size(s) you usually wear.
A: Our in-person fittings are carried out in a small office at our head quarters in Scone, Perthshire. Full details will be given via email on how to find us.
Our fitting area is an informal and private space. The fitting area is also fully wheelchair accessible.
A: Yes, we can provide fittings for under 18s, but only with their full consent and with a parent or guardian present.
Understandably, fittings for young people can be nerve-wracking and we will always try and answer any questions beforehand. We encourage the attending adult to allow the young person being fitted the opportunity to answer questions for themselves and let our fitter guide them through the fitting.
A: If you can’t make your appointment, please drop us over an email to hello@molke.co.uk so we can rearrange it for you. We only have limited spaces available, so letting us know early that you cannot attend, helps us to reassign the slot to someone else.
Please be prompt for your appointment. We are only a small team and want to help as many people as possible to be comfy and find a good fit. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled.
A: Yes, absolutely! We try and make all of our processes and spaces as accessible as we can. We want you to feel comfortable, so you are welcome to bring someone along with you to the appointment.
A: All of our fitting services are free and there is no obligation to buy anything. We genuinely want to find you a well fitting bra as believe every body deserves to find comfort.
A: Yes, absolutely! Once you have found the size and style to suit you, you can select from our in-stock items and take them away with you on the day. We accept card and digital payments. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash.
