Please try on your order like you would in a shop (to make sure it is perfect for you and fits correctly), but please don't actually wear it. All returns must be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them.
We ask that all briefs are tried on over your own underwear, in the interest of health and hygiene.
Please try on bras and bralettes before applying deodorant, to avoid marking an item you may wish to return.
Remember, when trying on a bra to fully swoop and scoop all breast tissue into the cups of the bra.
If your order is still not quite right, we are happy to exchange it for a different size free of charge*. Get in touch with our team for size advice or to arrange a virtual fitting. Then, simply complete the blue form enclosed with your parcel and return it to us following the process below.

We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn or marked. This includes, but is not limited to:
> Make-up
> Deodorant marks
> Cigarette smoke
> Food spillages
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
> All items from the clearance section ‘Bra Boot Sale’.
> Tights once they have been worn or tried on.
> Molke Organic fabric that has been washed, cut or altered.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your item was paid for by Gift Voucher, your refund will be issued to your voucher.
If you choose not use our free UK returns service, we recommend you post your items back still using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.
We take the utmost care manufacturing and creating our items, however, we understand that on rare occasions there can be faults.
If you find a garment to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@molke.co.uk as soon as possible, providing detailed images along with your order number. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date if there is a fault. When your item has been returned, it will be inspected by our design team and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, we will refund the item amount to the original payment method.
We know it can be frustrating when you are waiting for a refund. Please be aware it can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) for the refund to be processed after your return has been received by our warehouse team. We will be in contact within this time if we need any more information from you regarding
your return.

* If you are outside of the UK, you are responsible for the cost of returning. Local taxes and import duties may be applicable and payable when the exchange reaches the specified destination. You are responsible for payment of any such taxes and import duties.
Exchanges are only available on like-for-like designs and products. If your desired exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued automatically.
